Referral program rules

These rules describe the Invite & earn program of FeedDuck and form part of the platform terms of use. By taking part you accept what is described here.

1. Program overview

Invite & earn is a long-term acquisition program: any registered user can share their invite code or a directed coupon with someone else. When that person creates an account, redeems the invitation and places their first paid order within the stated period, they get a discount and you earn a discount voucher for your next order.

2. Who can invite

Any user registered on FeedDuck with an account in good standing can invite, with no limit on the number of invitations. Your invite code is personal and permanent, and may be deactivated if abuse is detected (section 10).

3. Who can be invited

For an invitation to be valid, the account redeeming it must meet all of these conditions:

• Having been created within the 3 days before redeeming the code.
• Not having been invited before: each account can receive only one invitation in its lifetime.
• Not already taking part as an inviter.
• Not being the same person as the inviter (same account, same email with a + alias, or the same email written with dots on domains that ignore them).
• Not having already received one month or more of a free plan: in that case the first purchase carries no discount and generates no reward voucher.

Mutual invitations do not count either: if someone invites you, you cannot invite them back.

4. How to use an invitation

You can share your invitation in three ways: with your code (6 characters), with your invite link, or with the QR code of that link. A directed coupon is emailed to the person you specify and works as a named invite code.

The link is recorded on your account. From that moment you have 30 days to complete your first paid order with the discount. After that period the invitation expires: there is no discount and no reward voucher is issued to the person who invited you.

5. Your benefit as an invitee

• 10% off the amount you actually pay on your first paid order.
• The discount is applied once and may stack with other first-order promotions, but never with another referral benefit in the same order.
• The discount applies only to purchasing a plan, not to buying credits or add-ons.

6. The reward for the person who invited you

When you complete your first paid order within 30 days of being linked, the person who invited you receives a 10% discount voucher for their next order:

• The voucher is held for 3 days from your purchase and issued afterwards, provided the order is not refunded within that period.
• Once issued, it is valid for 40 days from the issue date.
• It applies to the amount of the inviter's next order and cannot be exchanged for money.
• The program rewards a maximum of 30 orders per inviter. Beyond that, new invitees still get their 10% discount but the inviter receives no further vouchers.

7. Scope and expiry of the reward voucher

The voucher earned through referrals:

• Is a percentage discount on your next order at FeedDuck.
• Expires 40 days after it is issued. After that date it can neither be used nor claimed.
• Is redeemed once only and does not stack with another referral benefit in the same order.
• Is not electronic money, is not transferable and gives no right to a cash refund.

8. Directed coupons

You can generate a discount coupon named to a specific person's email. The coupon:

• Keeps the 10% discount for its recipient under the same conditions as an invitation.
• Expires 30 days after it is generated if it has not been redeemed.
• Can be used only once. Once redeemed or expired it cannot be used again.
• Is recorded with its sender, its recipient, its status and its dates, so that any question about its use can be resolved.

Sending several coupons to the same recipient does not multiply the benefit: it applies only once.

9. Refunds

• If your first order is refunded within the 3-day hold, the voucher is never issued.
• If the refund comes after issue, the voucher is invalidated if it has not been used yet. A voucher already redeemed is not recovered.
• The 30 rewarded-order cap counts completed orders and is not reversed by a refund.

10. Abuse

To keep the program fair, rewards will be withheld or revoked and the code may be deactivated when any of the following is detected:

• Invitations to your own accounts or to accounts of the same person.
• Bulk or automated registrations, virtual numbers, or any technical means.
• Misleading promotion or fraudulent referrals.
• Any other breach of these rules or of the terms of use.

FeedDuck may use account identity signals, access environment and network signals to identify accounts belonging to the same person. Control actions are recorded together with their reason.

11. Adjustments and termination

The program has no fixed end date, but it may be adjusted, paused or terminated for operational reasons. Changes are published on this page with their update date. Invitations that have already been linked keep the conditions in force when they were linked; if the program ends, pending rewards are settled according to the rules published up to that date.
